Admin approves listing

Seller details, payout amount, photos, item condition, city, and suburb are stored privately for admin.

Buyer pays us

The buyer pays the item price, delivery, and service fee to Mzanzi Kids Market before delivery.

Seller is paid after approval

After delivery, the buyer confirms the item is acceptable. Then admin releases the seller payout.

Your contact details are only visible to admin. Buyers see the listing, but they do not see your phone number, banking details, or exact address.

The buyer item price will match the seller payout.

Upload up to 5 clear photos. Each photo must be under 2MB. We may remove old images from rejected, expired, or completed listings while keeping transaction records.

Submitted items appear in the admin dashboard as pending.

Admin confirms the delivery fee

Delivery is not always the same. We confirm the seller location and buyer area first, then admin sends the final EFT amount with the delivery fee that fits the distance.

Delivery fee notice Admin will calculate delivery after checking the seller suburb and buyer area.

If the route is longer, the final delivery fee may be higher than the starting example shown on the item request.

How do buyers pay?

Admin confirms the seller still has the item, checks the delivery route, and then sends EFT payment details with the final amount.

Why are seller details hidden?

Seller phone numbers and location details stay private so admin can manage the deal safely before any handover happens.

Can delivery cost change?

Yes. Delivery depends on the seller suburb, the buyer area, and the route. Admin confirms the delivery fee before payment is requested.

When is the seller paid?

The seller is paid after the buyer confirms delivery or after admin resolves the order and marks the payout as complete.

What if an item is already requested?

The listing will show a pending payment status so other buyers cannot try to buy the same item while admin is waiting for payment.

Can I list for free?

Yes. Sellers can submit items for free, and admin reviews the photos, condition, city, suburb, and payout before publishing.
